Ifactors has developed a system that enable it to mobilise marine spread capable of implementing and maintenance of submarine cable system within a spot span of time. The benefit of engaging suitable vessel of opportunity was proven in early day project in Caspian Sea, When Ifactors had mobilised about 12 containers of machineries and tools from Malaysia to Turkmenistan established marine spread in Caspian sea for an 80km cable laying job in Caspian sea.
iFACTORS possess complete tools and equipment for maintenance and laying of optical fibre submarine cable system. Apart from the test equipment, OTDR, and splicing machineries, iFACTORS has acquired a complete cable laying machineries which include Linear Cable Engine, Capstan, Ploughing machine, water pump which are designed for fibre optic and power cable system.
iFACTORS had recently developed 27 tonnes ploughing system and machineries capable of burial operation for up to 300m water depth for a burial depth of 3m. The machineries was successfully deployed during a 170km cable burial project in Malaysia.
